The entrance area was excellent, and the lobby had a cosy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with baroque motifs on the walls. The bathroom was sumptuous and the bed comfortable. The hotel was located on a quiet street in the Louise area, which felt safe and was only a short walk to the nearest metro station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city, including the famous Grand Place. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities provided everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could open the windows to air out the room instead of relying solely on air conditioning. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff provided excellent room service. we were impressed by the hotel's location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and the comfort and design of our room.

Room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities provided, such as a coffee machine, mini fridge, and a well-stocked bathroom. The hotel lobby was inviting and easy to locate. The price of the hotel was reasonable and definitely worth it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the location could not have been better! It was situated on a quiet street in a fancy district with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The service was great, with staff taking care of my room and providing excellent room service. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a mini bar and ironing facilities. The best part was the welcome drink and the personal attention from the reception staff who spent long minutes with me on the phone before addressing my request.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere with great service and amenities.

The selection was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. They definitely know how to start your day off right with a satisfying meal. the hotel's lobby had a pleasant ambiance and the location was convenient, with upscale shopping just a short distance away.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the city centre and close to bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing early check-in with no issues. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of towels, toiletries, and even a toothbrush set provided.
The sockets beside the bed didn't work properly for charging my phone.
