The entrance area was excellent, and the lobby had a cosy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with baroque motifs on the walls. The bathroom was sumptuous and the bed comfortable. The hotel was located on a quiet street in the Louise area, which felt safe and was only a short walk to the nearest metro station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city, including the famous Grand Place. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities provided everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could open the windows to air out the room instead of relying solely on air conditioning. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff provided excellent room service. we were impressed by the hotel's location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and the comfort and design of our room.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the city centre and close to bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing early check-in with no issues. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of towels, toiletries, and even a toothbrush set provided.

The sockets beside the bed didn't work properly for charging my phone.

Well-located near Louise metro and city centre. Comfortable bed. Easy access to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Relatively low cost.
